GOOD FIGHT!
Fuckin amazing, Brock Lesnar is definetly to count with in the Heavyweight division. It’s his THIRD(3) fight ever in MMA, give the man some fuckin credit!
Great fight, I was hoping for an F-5 though. Brock has the best stand up and take downs for a heavyweight.
great fight outstanding performance by brock using his size and weight to his advantage , herring thought he could stop lesnars ground and pound and was very confident lesnar showed the world hes a force to be reckoned with in the heavies, id put my money on him going all the way to the top
Maybe the texas tumbleweed wont be so semi insulting in his prefight interviews anymore. (tumbleweed is his new nickname after the way he got blown across the ring with that right from brock)
just wait till brick gets some skills other then mauling someone, he will be almost unstoppable.
Wow Lesnar is for really thats all I got to say.
Brock is gonna end up killing someone in that octagon. I was at the fight, Herring came in looking like the undertaker, went out looking like he got jumped. Pretty impressive for brock to manhandle him like that, Herring is a big dude.
david, ‘brock lesnar has the best stand-up for a heavyweight!?’ give me a break
i thought that first punch was awesome and for just 3rd match he is doing great but the coaches now got a win under his belt but have far to go to be as good as the best heaveyweights. once he learns more and becomes better watch out.
Too bad he as mature as a 12 year old that just beat up somebody on the playground. How tacky is it to stand up, face your opponent, then point and laugh after a fight? I thought he was awesome till that moment. Heath should have just decked him right then. Would have been great. Also, hes not in the WWE anymore, he can stop using third person in interviews.
You are all sayin “brock being disrespectful” well maybe his opponents wont open there big fat mouths before entering the ring with him from now on. I bet each and every one of you, if you were in brock’s shoes would have done some type of show-boating. Now as for the fight Brock is VERY strong, He showed it in the Mir fight and in this fight. As far as Brocks “skills” he is a totally differnt fighter from his last fight with Mir and I bet if Mir and Lesnar had a rematch Mir wouldnt have a chance, and honestly when Lesnar has a couple of more fights under his belt and some experience I dont think there will be a fighter in the UFC that can stop him. Brock is the ultimate package - enough said
hey Johnny , how could heath have decked him right there? when he couldn’t hit him for 15 minutes prior to that..lol the Texas tumbleweed got what he deserved for flapping off at the mouth prior to the fight..if ya cant take it, don’t dish it..and defiantly don’t bitch when karma comes a knocking on your door..I had no problem with Brock’s actions and it was good to see some raw genuine emotion in the ring for a change as well.
@ Patrick…EVERYBODY TALKS SMACK GOIN INTO FIGHTS…
You think Lesnar is the 1st person to have somebody talk smack about? just a lack of class is all.
brock is going to be a great fighter in the ufc you have to image how much more experienced herring was and was a champion in pride guys and brock took him apart and he as no real ufc experience save once and mir was a heavy weight champion in ufc and brock was winning till he made a small rookie mistake now im not saying he is ready to take on the best but in 2yrs maybe 3 i think he will be the best
well i can say i sold Heath Herring a laptop and just saw him like 4 days ago at my work hahaha. hes hella chill. I was hoping he would win but oh well shit happens.
brock kick ass he is a great fighter maybe not the best yet but if keep on like he will be
horse is a ok fighter but he was to cocky i was going for him but brock just out powered him he got scared. horse came out looking asian
brock did right to stand up and laugh at herring after all the smack talk, should stop herring making
up excuses for his loss like alot of sore loosers that hang around the ufc pretending there the better fighter no matter what.
brock started just under the half way mark in the ufc heavyweight division and has proved he can definatly
stand his ground and he is already showing he has skills and still improving with every fight.
if he keeps it up he will also be the most feared ufc fighter ever.
this guys whole life is about challenges, you ever seen his workout ragiem, brock is a pure bread fighting animal.
he is my second best sporting legend, muhamed ali is my first.
Tbh i dont think Lesnar was laughing at Herring’s performance, i think he was laughing because Herring threw some shots at him and then the fight ended, I think Lesnar was jus being like “unlucky mate, your time just ran out”. I’m guessin he’ll probably watch the fight and think to himself “i looked like an idiot when i did that” lol Well lets just say that i dont think he will be doin that again.
But yeh i found that quite disrespectful when i first watched it, but u gota fink wot was he finkin? lol I still think Lesnar is awesome and i will continue to be a fan, i just hope he thinks bout wot he does before he does it and considers that the cameras are still rolling fter the fight is over
This is what the Mir fight would have been if brock didnt mess up and stand during his mount of Mir which led tot he leg lock, Mir looked like a wreck after 1 round
and Brock did the same to Herring across 3
total domination
Joe Rogan, Dana White, Mike Goldberg they all said it, Brock Lesnar is the real deal
Brock looked a hundred times better in this fight than with Mir, he completley dominated Heath and proved that he deserves to be in the ring with these guys. I am a huge fan, and was happy with the outcome, but thought Brock would have accepted his victory with more class. Brock, act like you have done it before.
What?.. you think Lesnar has one of the best stand up games in the heavyweight class?..
Crazy.. Fedor would absolutely pummel him.
The only way I see Brock losing is by a submission specailist. With his size/ muscular mass he is going to be extremly difficult for a guy who just does stand up and not grapling. His cardio is what impressed me the most. Usually muscular guys gas out quick and have to get it done within the first round. He is definately legitamite. But needs to learn some edicate. The true essence of any mixed martial artist is respect for your competitors. After the fight is over, its over. No need to be a ass. The winner won and the loser lost. I would like to see him fight Tim Silvia only to kinda sorta match up with height and stand up. Although I think Tim Silvia is a boring fighter. Brock is going to give people problems in this weight class. He still needs to up his ground game, because he had a least 5 opportunities to take Herring’s back and choke him out, but didn’t.
this site is the shit, keep it coming!!!
Brock Lesnar is absolutely wonderful to watch. What an athlete!
I never saw such a lack of respect for the opponent like Lesnar did, before… I’ll wait for the day when you get crushed Lesnar and I’ll laugh of your broken face.
brock is big. thats about it, anyone who said he is gonna be an issue to the top heavyweights is smokin crack. he’s never been hit yet, look at Bob sapp…big as a mountain soft as a teddy bear. skill over size all day my friend. im not saying he is a bad fighter, he is okay…semi decent at best but he isnt the holy grail and i would bet money if him and rampage would ever fight….oh man jackson would break his skull
Amazing fight I can’t wait to see more of Brock “The Brick Wall” Lesnar fighting some of the top heavyweight fighters. He is not a joke if he continues to train like he is he may be the #1 heavyweight. I hope to see him take on Randy Couture, if and when he comes back.
you are a dumb ass. It’s obvious Borck has more skills than anyone else that size. His wrestling background allows him to breathe and relax and his striking is suprisingly fast. The sport has never seen anyone his size, speed and especially balance, which is key…so Go suck a fat one, and learn what to watch!
Absolutely freakin amazing. The Crazy Horse guy talked a lot of shit and got his ass beat. Good for you Brock. Looking forward to your next fight.
Brock the cinder block Lesnar !! Love him or hate him…he would still kick your ass…LOL
that fight is awesome..They talk shit about lesnar b4 and now i bet ur mouths are closed coz brock punch the hole out of it by proving that his a dominant fighter…ehehe i was a WWE fan b4 UFC so BROCK ALL THE WAY :D…no flames
you cant compare brock with bob sapp .. brock seem to have decent condition and bob sapp conditioning is terrible. bob gas in 30 secs after just a few punches. i thought the same thing about brock that he all size. just by seeing his second ufc fight he prove me wrong. he a true contender so kimbo, randy, fedor, sylvia, nog watch out i think the next big thing finally made it 2 mma few more sucessful fights like this one he’ll be a champ in no time!!!
I think Brock is going to take the title eventually, but with having Heath’s back all those times and not finishing, he is not ready. I think Brock needs to get a lot more submission moves and then no one will be able to stop him. I would like to see him get hit on the chin though and see what happens. We might all be surprised if he has a glass jaw. I look forward to seeing him fight again.
ok…
1) Brock was the superior athlete in this fight. and better trained. as far as im concerned, i wished Brock would have put Tumblweed over his knee and spanked him. But being the professional that brock is, he didnt. i would have…
2) i have watched UFC, pride, king of the cage style fights since 1992. Brocks’ stand up is incredible, because whatever he hits he destroys. brock is faster, stronger, than ANY heavyweight. his cardio/workout is LEGENDARY. he needs to continue working on his submissions, and thats prolly it. mark my words: brock lesnar will be 1 of the greatest MMA champs ever.
**johnny, mike, and every other wannabe: “tumbleweed should have blasted brock after brock pointed and laughed at him!” right…just as soon as tumbleweed figured which brock to hit, the 1 on the left, center, or right? cause…he got pwned. herring spent 15 minutes and didnt hit brock, or really manage to mount any kind of attack, though tumbleweed did seem to pull up his skirt and cry.**
btw….
brock didnt finish tumbleweed off by submitting him, because im pretty sure if you LISTEN to the commentators, he wanted to pummel tumbleweed like some fighters that prefer to ground and pound rather than a quik win. i have absolutely no doubt that brock could have made him submit all 5000 times tumbleweed turtled and gave up his backside to brock.
@ people commenting about Brock taking Heath’s back.
It is just like Joe said, some guys would just rather GnP than submit. Tito rarely submitted anyone EVER! Instead he would just fucking pound the shit out of people, that does not mean he doesn’t know how to do Jits it just means he likes to pound bitches!
are use all joking ,, brock had every right to laugh at him after that shit performance he dominated and made herring look like a lil bitch its fighting he smashed him he shuld laugh it aunt kiss and hugs at the end ..we need anuver bad ass in the buisness and he is the right man with the size agression speed and brains ,, LESNAR al the way and hope he keeps teasing people after he smashes there ass hahaha BROCK LESNAR THE NEXT BIG THING !! haha yeh bra
Nice win, but not that great.
I can’t wait to see this guy fight Fedor Emelianenko.
Brock is just the inspirational hero that minnesota needs right now. He might be just ground and pound and throw you around, but you dont become a UFC champion overnight. He will mature through training and be feared in the eyes of many vetran fighters. The guy has awesome power, amazing endurace, and a wrestling backround many dont match up too. Teach the guy indepth technique and the world of UFC will be in the palm of his hand. I predict he will have a few more speedbumps along the way, but in the end brock will be king of the hill.
After reading these posts I’m wondering how long any of you have been watching the UFC? Is it because it is the cool (or is it kewl) thing to do now. If you were fans at all you would know that the respect crap officially went out the window when GSP ran ito the cage and totally disrespected Matt Hughs by begging (on his knees) for Dana to give him a title shot.
Let’s go back in time a little further. Does anyone here remember a guy by the name of Tito Ortiz, the grand master of disrespect? Remember, the UFC is only as big as it is now because they are as close to the WWE as a legitimate sport can get. It was the showmanship of Ortiz and Liddell that brought the UFC into the spotlight. They always had great athletes and spectacular fights. I don’t put much into what Broc did, he is just promoting his career and Dana White is sitting back, smiling, and seeing $$$ signs.
As far as Broc goes, he needs a lot of training on submissions but I think he has a chance to make it. He should take it slow, if he gets a title shot too early and looses it could kill his career.
I think they should let Tim Silvia get back on the juice and let him face Broc, that I want to see. Last thought - My biggest wish is for the UFC to get The California Kid: Uriah Faber, now that kid has got it all.
Brock had so many rear naked choke opps. I can’t believe his coaches didn’t cover that being that he’s a wrestler and can manage the ground. But otherwise, he was very exciting to watch. Most mma fights have been boring lately.
What’s more interesting about this win is that Herring gave Antonio Nogueira many problems, and Nogueira is a bad ass. So Brock, given some BJJ defense training should have great success…
brock lesner rocks !!!
When I first heard Lesnar went to the UFC I as like who’s the firt victum…then i find it was Mir and Mir is a good fighter. I heard Brock lost that fight then I was like Mir couldnt have taken him down or decision him so I said hmmm it had to be a wrestlers nightmare submission. I watched the fight on youtube and he looked impessive until he gets caught and submitted. He was over excited un experienced and really sloppy but then i seen the Hearing fight and I was like thats more of a suited opponent a pretty simiar style. He had perfect everything and he’s probably the strongest guy in UFC. With more experience I think he’s gonna be the next prodigy. I really want to see 2 all star wrestlers go at it. (Lesnar vs. Hamill) And as far as the dream match goes between Fedor and Silva…Fedor is a lagit heavy weight and Silva is very comfortable where he’s at but Dana has the power.
Brock looked good..Fedor would submit him inside of 2 min….Keep getting better Brock, you have a long way to go..
Johnie, I was saying his power is incredible, one punch and Keith went flying…look what he did to Mir…Yes, I think he needs to work on submisions and sub defense, but for his third fight he did great. I think he enjoyed the gnp side of it and wanted the fight to go as long as it did. I still would have liked to of seen an F-5 or a Brock lock…lol. I think he will do great in that class.
I wish that Cheick Kongo will become Brock’s next victim.
BORING…….I was waiting for an F-5 and it never happened. SMH
i looked for this fight all over n found it here.Good looking. All you Brock Lesnar haters. Its only a matter of time til he gets his ground game down packed. His back is too Massive for anyone to control him on the ground. He Has power like no other in the UFC.Quit hating on him n jump on the bandwagon for it leaves you behind.
Good Fight Brock Lesnar.Keep MASHING fools.Mir your next LUCKY bastard
at least Brock is not a fake anymore…
he fits Way in the UFC…this was a good five…we all were expecting the F-5 but it was all good…
Brock has definitely become one of my favorites as well as Matt Sera
Brock sucks. I might have given him credit if he didn’t act like such a tool when he won.
bitch, i will whoop brock lesnar. FOR FREE! make it happen
Hes telling the whole world “Fuck you” by laughing after mauling him. EVERYONE was saying he was going to get a “taste of reality” when he went into MMA. I havent seen anyone show him any of that yet. Dont care what anyone says, after another year or so Brock is going to be one of if not THE top fighters.
Anyone who still thinks Brock isn’t good doesn’t know anything about MMA. Herring was in the top contenders for UFC heavyweights, and Brock just beat him like a 12 year old boy beats his dick.
Brock could probably take just about any heavyweight right now, especially in the UFC. Even for people with more submission experience then him, I’d like to see someone try to give him a kimura, his arm is as thick as their whole body.
He has shown a drastic improvement from his first UFC fight to his second, and he will probably improve just as much before his third. And in case you were wondering, the early word is his next opponent is Chiek Kongo(probably spelled first name wrong, too lazy to check real spelling). I hope this happens because Kongo got lucky beating Cro Cop and has been hyped up ever since. Brock will come in and do the exact same thing he did in this fight and every fight he will have from now on, dominant.
What I see in Broc:
1) He’s (Broc) one of the most powerful strikers in MMA period. Anyone who can hit someone like Heath Herring and cause him to do a back flip from the impact, is without a doubt, incredible. I’ve been watching UFC since its debut back in the mid 1990s and Broc, by far, is one of the top ten most powerful strikers to date.
2) He man handles people who weigh 250lbs +, with his wrestling, like they are little kids.
3) Broc has brute strength which will catapult him in the ranks for contender to the heavyweight belt in short order. When Broc was in the WWF, I seen him pick up Samoa Joe, who weighed something like 450lbs, over his head in a clean military style press form. Anyone who can do that to a man that weighs that much, all I can say to that is - wow, heavy weights in the MMA better take notice, once Broc is schooled a bit more, he will overwhelm everyone.
If I was on his coaching staff, I’d say he needs to do 4 main things to really put him into top contention for the title.
1) First and foremost, work on his confidence so he calms down in the ring. Once he overcomes his fears of the octagon and calms down, look out.
2) work with his insane strikes and utilize them more in the stand up. He’s a wrestler/striker by nature - take advantage of that.
3) Up his game in Jujitsu and he’s a finished product, ready to deal with anything that comes at him. In the Herring fight, I noticed he was a bit unsure what to do once he had control of him, which was pretty much the whole fight.
4) Press hard for conditioning for a 5 round title fight. Strict dieting and hard cardiovascular training.
Broc will be the heavy weight champion, there is no doubt about it, and the people who think otherwise are only wishing on false hopes.
Great showing showing this UFC Broc, keep up the hard work, it will pay off for you. I see your potential bud, don’t let these novice arm-chair negative comments phase you. You will be heavy weight champion.
brock is def a force to watch…the man is just a physicaly gifted athlete but thats not it he puts alot of time in the gym to become better rounded…an if he fought tim sylvia i think brock would really man handle him, even tho i realize silvia is a huge man,he is totally softer than brock an brocks speed is shocking ppl..c’mon he was a world champ in REAL wrestling..an he was on a pro football team so dont think hes going to gas out anytime soon,an for the for the people saying they think he doesnt have any subs or he wuda choked heath out…i think it was all a game to MR LESNAR he just wanted to make a point
i think Herring is the man for not giving up…. But Brock did gud..
Brock Lesnar Lets face it his good. He Went to WWE and became there WWE Champion and
then goes over to IWGP in Japan and became the IWGP champion not only that after he goes into MMA And bet that really tuff ass hole in K-1. Goes over to UFC Kicks Mirs Ass then get catched in a Leg lock and Taps. But people are you watching the first 20sec of this fight he gives him 1 punch and Heath Herring went flying. And look at the First round it was all Brock Lesnar also he bet up Herring in the 2nd Round and 3rd Round this Fight was all the Former WWE Champion Brock Lesnar. The last 3sec of the fight Brock gets up and starts lol & Dancing now that was funny lol. Btw Brock Lesnar owned Heath Herring in all 3Rounds that guy has 40+ wins on his rec If you u think He cant fight then ur fucked up for here. I bet If brock wanted to give him the F-5 He could of lol.
I’ve watched Lesnar from his debut in the WWE to his lost to Frank Mir in the UFC and i’ve got to say i was a little skepticle on him joining MMA but i can speak for a lot of ppl by saying i’m surprised but i’m also very impressed by Lesnar’s speed as well as his strength. He will be a very accomplished fighter. In his second UFC match, he beat the Texas Crazy Horse, Heath Herring… That’s impressive. The match was a one-sided beatdown. With his combined strength and speed, Brock Lesnar will have a very accomplished career which i’m looking forward to watching…
Lesnar -vs- Kimbo
These two styles would match up pretty good. Both are insanely huge…both like to pound people….Dana - make it happen.
Brock Lesnar finally showed his purpose for fighting in the UFC. I respect the guy so much and he is one of my top idols. As soon as he gains more experience nobody is going to be able to push him around in the octagon. He is going to overpower anybody who steps in the ring since he is a true fighter and doesn’t care who his opponent is. He gains more confidence and experience every time he steps out to preform. I love that about Lesnar and that is why he is strong both mentally and physically. Nobody can mess with “The Next Big Thing” in the UFC. Lets go Lesnar!
Lesnar is a phenomenon but he WILL learn some humility in the octagon - there’s awlays a bad match-up for each fighter and he’ll get his. Herring went the distance in this fight, folks and he’s not exactly the best there is. You people act like BL’s another Fedor - he’s not. He’ll continue to do very well but he’ll also lose again and he’ll never see the kind of winning stretches that Liddell or Hughes have had.
As a fan - he lost me for being such a douche after the fight. Not cool.
And it is a HUGE mistake to take this thing to the level of the WWE. Screw that marketing to the lowest common denominator sh*&.
Some of you who have left comments sound as though you are 14 years old and dont have a clue about MMA,
ICOMEINPEACE
i can not believe you have recommendations on how Brock Lesnar could become UFC champion
Such a div
those of you who compare WWE to UFC again your as much useless as a tank top in the Artic……….
if you cant comment on the actual fight you should be quiet
Brock did well, he owned Herring, i would say he has the potetial to become UFC champion yes, but UFC is now in my opion becoming a laughing stock hence Fedor isnt prepared to move.
i think his career will be interesting to watch as i doubt there will be many that will be able to stand up to him after he has his experiance under him, if he can remain undefeated in the next year then i reckon Fedor - Lesnar will be on the cards as its a money making machine and he is the only Yank that would have a reasonable chance against Fedor
Brock vs Kimbo slice NEXT please
brock lesnar i believe that he can become the champion if he trains a little more and has a few more wins under his belt i and damn sure he can beat the champ. GOOOOOO BROCK!!!
Kimbo Slice is a washed up, over the hill chump compared to Brock. I loved when he rode hime like a horse at the end of the fight.
Anyways, Kimbo slice of bread has signed on with Affliction, so that fight won’t happen.
Hes an animal and i love watching his fights especially as he won this time
The way he charges at herring after the first punch reminds me of an angry lion chasing down its prey
BUT don’t be fooled
lesnar may be able to take strikers like herring down and control them, but now lets see if he can do that to a submission or even wrestling guy
I just can’t see that happening as much as i really want to
heath underestimated lesnar’s speed, strength and even skill.
a rematch would be cool
not say he has a lot
but he can punch OK, takedown VERY well and keep a guy down well (although) although we all know that big NOG would perform some absolutely SICK chiro on anyone like lesnar.
Kongo vs Lesnar would be interesting - i believe styles make fights obviously, and either could win depending…
against
couture, gonzaga, nog, werdum brock has NO chance.
I love Brock though. ROCK, PAPER SCISSORS - BROCK would be the ROCK obviously.
CRO COP , Brock would be onteresting as it’d be opposites going at it.
At this point i’d definately pick CC though.
What do ya say Dana?
brock is 31 assuming that he’ll get a title shot at the first semi-legit chance he has no chance , esp. if either couture, gonzaga, nog, werdum were to be the opponent. if someone with shitty ground like Kongo got a KO in a title chance that would be the best hope of a title shot for him
has there been any kind of interview with the texas tumbleweed after the fight anywhere? i have not seen one bit of anything about him after the fight…no interviews, pictures..nothing… if there is something please put up some linkage
thanks!
Maybe he dont do interviews from a hospital bed?…LOL
@patrickgamil
Bud, I can’t understand your comments. It’s jibberish.
LOL you see him point his finger after he wins LMAO
what were expecting ..
shakepeare
so is brock gay
because he is totally dominate on the ground but does nothing but lay on top of him could have easily submited him
I admit, Brock looked good. But the fight should have ended a lot sooner if he knew what to do when he got his back. Also this guy should take a page from the George St. Pierre fight to see a classy way of handling yourself after the fight is over. He acted like a 12 year old after the fight…have some dignity when you win.
what is peoples problem with Brock’s little after fight show? does nobody think Brock deserved to sling back some shit at the guy who talked smack about him in every damn interview he did about the fight? Y’all cant take it when the bullshit comes full circle eh?
I had ZERO issue with Brock’s antics….granted if he did that shit every fight, yeah it would get old and be a mega asshole thing to do and nobody would like him but the tumbleweed had it coming in every way shape and form.so stop bitching and crying people. I mean damn, we need to post some virtual tissues here so all these frigging cry baby’s can dry their tears..
I agree 100% with you downsouth. It probably fealt great to get his first win in UFC, after coming so close with Mir. Mazagatti saved Mir’s ass in that fight. I hope Brock matures enough to win with class, but keep winning. As far as going the distance, I think Brock wanted to punish him with more knees to the ribs and punches to the face. I cannot wait till his next fight.
mir made brock tap.
mazagatti obliged lesnar’s tap.
the knees standing were what ended herring’ chances.
knees are the deadliest weapon in mma in terms of a strike landing.
strongest limb with hard bone attached + the arms can pull into the strike
@DAVID, I am not suprised you agree, Since my name is David as well, I have found most Davids agree on most things… HAHAA
the antics were A LITTLE TASTELESS AND LAME,
but maybe that’ll make for a better lesson for heath - not to underestimate an opponent.
lesnar is a very decent guy for the most part, a great athlete for sure.
Kongo would be very exciting for lesnar.
both with obvious strengths where the other is weak…. kongo’s TD defense is good,
but he’d have to hurt brock soon cause the bell could be his only wy to get back on his feet.
on the flip side, brock hasnt been hit yet or had to takedown someone after hving leg cramps from kicks.
I think the lesson Heath got was not to talk shit about a genetic freak twice his size who can dominate you like a rag doll for a whole fight.
and i think Brock’s real test whoever he fights is his chin as others have mentioned as well..I have yet to see him get touched let alone decked..LOL
If his jaw is in any way shape or form the same as his muscular appearance then god help everyone who stands be4 him..LOL
true,
someone like cheick or mirko perhaps
Cool Brock!
ok has everyone forgot about chek kongo? yes brock is good and yes he will be great but dont call him unbeatable because hes not. im telling you guys a fight to look for within the next year or 2 is brock lesnar vs chek kongo

UFC a laughing stock… did you see Affliction:Banned? Fedor’s reluctance to move comes more from his management side, who is trying to milk his name for what they feel it is worth (although it really isn’t worth much stateside). As fans we all love Fedor, but in reality, he isn’t exactly marketable to the US audience (Pride, Affliction, and Bodog have shown us this), especially when he settles for fluff fights overseas, where promoters pay a ton, but no one is watching.
In the next year, we will not see a CroCop or Fedor fight against Lesnar. Neither works for UFC, and both seem content as to where they are. CroCop fighting worthless competition in Japan (to build up his confidence! hah), and Fedor fighting whatever freakshow put in front of him for barrels of cash (though it was nice seeing him fight Sylvia).
http://sherdog.com/radio/Beatdown-Heath-Herring-714 about the 80 min mark heath comes on…and amazingly cant seem to recall saying a single bad word or thing about brock…lol nor does he remember the first 2 rounds of the fight..lol After hearing that interview it seems brock served up some humble pie to heath…
Umm….pretty sure in the course of training for two UFC fights, Brock’s trainers would work on a rear naked choke….You think he couldn’t finish him submission style? Dreamers…That was the Lesnar show…Hey look at me I’m on T.V. again….not making mistakes this time and am going to play with this guy to the end. When Dan Sevren was in the old school you could tell he had no finish submission style I don’t think that was the case with Lesnar at all.
brock is for real just watch. . . he is going to beat randy everyone says how slick and good randy is lets just see when he fights lesnar
Brock is strong, big and powerfull thats about it so far we have yet to see any skills come from the man.
all u guys fedor is a top gun ….. brock cant just fight him like that … even randy coutour is waiting and fedor got some beef with ufc and he under pride contract and dana white dont want his ass get sued so ….. till time being BROCK is the NEXT BIG THING … sellin out ppv while kimbo is the same kinda fighter but doesnt sell out ppv … all his matches were on cable for free ….. and he is under elite xc ….. so they (Kimbo and elite pple) pick the fighter from ufc …. thats not fair but they wanna make kimbo there marketing agent …. so i would love to see KIMBO SLICE VS BROCK LESNAR. ….. zuffa said it … that i am not going to give brock a easy ladder ….. he achieved it and he is going to be fighting randy coutour on NOV 15 …. so check it out … i m up for broctroids !!!
lesnar wasnt riding herrings back every time lesnar got herring on his back herring wuld turn over and scramble so lesnar cant punch in the back of the head just so he culd survive because herring figured ouyt that lesnar wasnt guna go for a choke so he just gave him his back to protect his face as much as he could
