Sexist attitudes poison our society more than anything else. Enjoy the sport or go act like a primitive moneky elsewhere. BTW I am a guy and straight (not that it should matter)

It really blows my mind that there are guys on this site atually asking to fight girls and trash talking female fighters! As a female fighter I find that disrespectful. I have been training to fight since I was 8 years old. I was the only female to fight in the gym I trained at. The only practice fights I could ever get were against males. I never lost a single practice fight. I am now 19 years old and still haven't lost a fight to a male. So for all you douche bag males, dont ever underestimate a women and try not to be intimidated by us. We know we kick serious ass and wont hesitate to kick yours too! ;)

I have been training boxing, kickboxing, Brazilian Jui Jitsu, and wrestling since the beginning of January 2011. I don't need to be told how bad I suck and fail cuz I get beat up in every class and by every teacher. I have to get up early in the morning and train regular cardio, jui jitsu drills, and punch bags five days a week, just to hold my own a little in my wrestling/jui jitsu classes. I am the only female training in my small gym, and all my teachers are males, who have competed.I can tell they are pulling their punches, and I still hobble away with bruises. I already know I can't even think about a modest female amateur match for at least two more years, or until my male coaches clear me for a fight. I've learned in the fight club/agoge life, you will get your butt kicked every day by everyone until you are good enough to be cleared by your coaches to fight. And even then, after all the best you can do, you may well lose your first fight, or go awhile and lose by a point decision. So, when I read the negativity on here, I set my watch to it. It doesn't matter what people say. In the end, what matters is who's standing in the ring. I think its ironic. Again and again, in MMA, the story is the same. The females who show potential typically spend years getting trained and beat up by males in their local gyms before even fighting another female fighter. And I believe the only reason we are seeing more MMA female fighter stuff is that more and more females are wanting a positive outlet for their aggressions, and wanting to defend themselves and their children. Honestly, I don't think anyone but another top MMA fighter could take another top MMA fighter, just because of the years of training and conditioning involved. I think smack talk comes with the territory when it comes to anything involving fighting. I take much comfort in knowing as the years pass, I'll keep training with my male coaches, and get better and better.

Trust me. The feeling of fighting a male when you're a female is different. It can go two ways: Scared or excited. Scared means bad news. Excited? Hm.... depends on how you look at it. And it's easy to provoke a male to fight a woman actually. You just need to leave the right impression (please figure this out yourself). That's all. And ladies, if you really want to fight, you should start practising your knockout moves on another guy. It'll help you be more confident with your skills and will show the noisy guys what hard training has made you. Pardon my grammar mistakes.

Some guys are really noisy. Not cool.

I don't understand all this fuss! Women don't fight men in mma ... just like guys in the 155 pound division don't fight heavyweights. I actually rather enjoy the women's mma, especially fights from Japan. It is competitive and entertaining, what more need be said.

Wow all of these postings are really funny to read, especially the guys on here who are talking a bunch of garbage when its sooo apparent they're just threatened by these women. I've been taking muay thai and jui jitsu for about a year, and I'm a blue belt in jui jitsu also about 3 months ago I started training in Krav Maga. It's fun, it's great exercise, and not to mention WHO DO YOU THINK needs to learn how to fight and defend themselves more of the two genders, ummm women do. I can absolutely assure you that I could defend myself long enough to get away from any attacker and inflict some sort of horrible pain in the process. I weigh about 115 Ibs and I've tapped out guys who were about 170 before, you wouldn't believe how we could use our petite sizes to or advantage, as well as the element of surprise if an attacker wasn't expecting a good offensive move. Anyways to all the guys here who are like "ohh i'll kick any girls ass," just try me...because if you have EVER trained in any type of mma fighting you would be well aware of the fact that it's technique that sets up the take downs and submissions not brute force. Also why are you comparing fighting women with huge men anyways, think about it in terms of weight classes just like in men's mma.
