Yanin Vismitananda, a.k.a. “Jeeja” Yanin, spent two years training for her role in Thailand’s latest martial arts showcase. A Taekwondo expert in real-life, Jeeja plays an autistic Thai boxer in Chocolate. She was born in Bangkok, Thailand on March 31, 1984.

i have seen many clips of her on the internet and in the film chocolat. there is no competition at all in my eyes. not only is she an amazing martial artisrt but she is also a very good looking one ha ha

JeeJa is amazing! I just heard about this “female Tony Ja” and as a fan of Ong Bak, I had to check her out. The clips I have seen have made me a fan of JeeJa Too! She is very skilled and equally (deceptively) cute. I have been waiting to find a legitimate female action star to replace Michelle Yeoh for awhile now and I hope to see more of JeeJa in bigger roles and movies soon!
