The Japanese fans/feds are more than happy to shower him with more money than the UFC could ever dream of paying him. Hell, look at Dennis Kang. Why would he ever leave Dream/K1? They pay him buckets of cash as he is considered one of Korea's MMA heros. MMA is a business, and the fighters generally go where the money is, not where the competition is. Also, Silva is hardly what I would call a Pride fighter. He fought 5 times in a Pride arena in over 20+ fights. He fought for Cage Rage probably just as much. Should we call him a CageRage fighter? Crocop hasn't been in the UFC for a while now, after losing twice embarrassingly. He now fights nobodies in Japan. The only real success story was (WAS) Rampage, and well, we all know what happened there and how he screwed himself royally after that. umm, why would Gomi ever want to leave Japan?
