		<description>When u start any art you must make sure the instructers are teaching correctly, In judo yes it can be difficult but starting from the basics an slowly an warmed up an being shown correctly you should not have any problems with falls ,rolls etc, ....i am 58 an still train judo is for life it is agreat sport, my sensie is till at it 72 an 68

		<description>I just enrolled in judo last week and ive already strained both my shoulders attemping a rolling fall. I think i fear that moment. I wish there was something i can do. I try and try and its always crooked. I can barely raise my arms. Hehe. No pain no gain.</description>
