Mr. Silva is such a “Long” fighter that his movements appear to be slower then they actually are, along with the background, the video appears to have alot going for it but most of all, it has the middle weight champion and possibly the best striker ever, in rythmic and beautiful, “Clean” movements to learn from. What an appropriate nickname!!!!
Anderson Silva’s striking combos for MMA is such a great instructional. It’s helped my MMA striking game enormously. What could be better than learning from the best fighter on the planet.
